We're all about transparency. You'll see our policies more than once—maybe even more than you want to—before you book. Better safe than sorry, right?

Full payment is collected upfront via Square invoice—no deposit, no balance due at delivery. Cancel 24+ hours out for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

A card on file is required, captured digitally via a Square Card-on-File agreement (no swipe needed)—it may be charged for damage, loss, or late returns.

Waivers (with ID) are signed digitally before delivery—everyone in your group gets their own. You return the gear on time to the agreed spot.

Late returns = $10/board/hour after a 20-min grace period. Lost or damaged gear = replacement charge.

All the fine print is upfront—you'll see it, read it, and sign it digitally before anything hits the water.

 

Operational hours are from 9 am to 9 pm every day
